Our Story So Far 

Since opening the doors to our first pet shop in 1981, our family have never looked back.  It's been part of our everyday lives for the past four decades, involving multiple generations, and a brilliant, skilful, passionate team of staff, who have all been an extended part of our pet shop family. 

Our latest shop, in Rainham, Kent, is an exciting new chapter for us, and it's been such a positive experience since we opened in January 2024.  We have been overwhelmed by how supportive the people of Rainham have been: so many of them value their local community, and recognise the importance of shopping local, investing in small local businesses that serve them and give the town its character and identity.  We are proud to be a part of Rainham, and we passionate about what we stand for.  We offer so much that the faceless national chain stores and online retailers cannot: we offer excellent customer service, always with a personal touch; we offer expertise in the field of pet care; and we care about out local community, because it's our community too.
