As an owner of a few reptiles I can honestly say this shop is fab for live food. I’ve always gotten live food from pets at home and have always struggled to find food that is still alive and they never last longer than a couple of days. At this shop the live food is in excellent condition and I cannot believe how long they last. The customer service is great with really friendly and helpful staff and I like how they will order things in and keep to one side for you if it’s not available at the time.

Honestly can’t thank these guys enough! We’ve been looking forever for a large ball launcher, however all the large ones just seem to have a longer handle and do not accommodate large tennis balls - only standard ones. Our dog can’t play with standard size tennis balls as he’d swallow them, they’re too dangerous. Upon speaking to these guys they had sourced one by the end of the day and advised it would be with them by the end of the week… and it was!!! Incredible customer service, lovely shop and such kind and friendly staff! Recommend highly to all!

Fantastic range of products, knowledge staff, who are just the most helpful, professional and friendly people you could wish to meet. What a great addition to the town. I can't wait to come back soon for some more goodies for my pampered pooches!
